FOR 2013

(booking fee: 2€ per ticket, flat rate of 35€ for 25 seats and more)

Payment

- by debit or credit card : immediate confirmation of the booking

- by cheque: until 30th June

Booking confirmed on receipt of  your cheque (bank or postal for French accounts, otherwise traveller cheques or eurocheques) made out to Festival d'Avignon (please write your client code on the back of the cheque) and send to the following address:

- Cheques must arrive within five days of your phone booking. The booking becomes valid on receipt of payment. If no payment arrives after five days, the reservation will be cancelled.

- From 1st July, telephone bookings with credit or debit card only.

Ticket Collection

In order to ensure you get your tickets on time, please collect any tickets booked by phone or online at the ticket office in the Cloître Saint-Louis, 20 rue du portail Boquier, 84000 Avignon, on presentation of documentary proof

- from 17th June to 4th July, Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- from 5th July, every day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

- On the day of the show at:
           • le Cloître Saint-Louis up to 3 hours before the start of your first show of the day
           • at the ticket kiosk outside the venue of the first of your selected shows, at least 45 minutes before the start of the performance

Seats are reserved for spectators in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility.

Unfortunately, because of their layout, certain venues are not accessible

- The booking office for shows of the day closes three hours before the performance. If there are tickets available, it reopens 45 minutes before the start of the representation.

Concessions for Fnac members

In order to facilitate access to people with disabilities, the Festival d'Avignon offers a personalized service at the booking office, Cloître Saint-Louis, by telephone or by e-mail to guide them in their choices. Some performances are more accessible to hearing and visually impaired persons. Do not hesitate to ask for any complemetary information. Some seats are reserved for persons in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility. Persons with disabilities benefit from reduced fares.
