The Man in the Moon is bored, all alone on the Moon. He decides to come visit Earth. One day, he latches onto the tail of a comet and lands here. The President of the World, convinced that he is here to invade the planet, hunts him down. To escape him, the Man in the Moon will have to rely on children and on his friends... Based on the story by Tomi Ungerer.
